These carrot cake cookie sandwiches are a fun twist on the classic carrot cake. Each cookie is soft and cake-like, made with freshly grated carrots and spiced with cinnamon, nutmeg and ginger. Sandwiched in between is a generous layer of smooth, tangy cream cheese buttercream frosting. 

And yes, they just happen to be gluten free. 

Order these individually or, March only, one will be included in the "Our Favorites" Sample Box.

We are a gluten-free bakery

All items are prepared gluten free using Bob's Red Mill 1:1 Gluten Free flour mix and other gluten free ingredients on dedicated gluten free equipment. However, the commercial kitchen space is not certified Gluten Free.

How do I pick up my items?

Ordering is simple with our local pick-up scheduling tool.

  1. Add your favorites to the cart (We recommend one of our cookie sandwiches, if you need advice!)
  2. Select your pick-up day and timeslot from the "View Your Cart" screen
  3. Checkout and get ready for your treats!

Here are our pick-up location and times.

  • Wednesdays, 4-8 p.m. | Common Market Oakwold (Monroe Rd, Charlotte)
  • Thursdays, 11-1 p.m. | Myers Memorial UMC (301 S New Hope Rd, Gastonia)
  • Second Sunday of the Month, 11-3 p.m. | Stowe Park (24 S Main St, Belmont, NC)
